At Awe Impact, we see leadership as both deeply human and highly practical.
We create programs, conversations, gatherings and learning experiences that help leaders strengthen clarity, judgement, courage and connection – while learning from perspectives beyond their own.
Awe Leadership
Awe Leadership is our leadership approach, developed by Benedicte Hagen Mjøs.
It focuses on how leaders can build greater awareness, clarity and capacity to lead themselves, others and organizations through complexity and change.
Awe Leadership is used in leadership programs, leadership teams, talks and facilitated sessions.

Leading across borders. Learning across perspectives.
AI Leadership
AI is changing more than technology. It is changing the role of leadership.
Our AI Leadership work explores how leaders can navigate this shift with stronger judgement, curiosity, trust and human capability.
We work with leaders and organizations to understand what AI means for leadership, culture, decision-making and the way we organize work.
Female Leadership – India & Nordics
We are developing a cross-cultural leadership program connecting women leaders from India and the Nordics.
The program is built around mutual learning: different cultures, different experiences and different perspectives on leadership.
We are currently seeking participants, corporate partners and sponsors who want to help shape and support the program.

Cross-Cultural Leadership
Working across countries requires more than understanding business.
We offer shorter leadership and cultural learning programs for leaders and teams working between Norway, India and other markets.
The aim is simple: better understanding, stronger relationships and more effective collaboration.
Programs, Talks & Leadership Sessions
Our leadership work can take the form of:
-
leadership programs
-
leadership team sessions
-
cross-cultural exchanges and retreats
-
keynotes and talks
-
facilitated conversations and workshops
